Client: Nakladatelství Velarium

Graphic design and print of a publishing house, focused on minority culture tendencies.
We designed, created and printed all of the 147 publications. This first part focuses on the oldest books, emerged mostly in post-revolution euforia of early 90’s of a last century.

The most common format of this period of time are 105 x 148 mm (A6), 74 x 105 mm (A7), 52 x 74 mm (A8) and specials 74 x 210 mm or 52 x 105 mm. Number of pages was usually between 16 a 64 pages. Reprographic techniques changed gradually from initial typewritten papers through classic multiplication of hand made and hand retouched matrix to the computer desktop publishing and classic offset print.
